Client feedback or delays may extend timelines.
Source files or ownership terms are defined in project contracts.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Custom software, design, and marketing solutions are non-refundable once work has begun.
Subscriptions can be cancelled but are not refunded for prior billing cycles.
